Truck driving companies operate in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment and need to move quickly to hire qualified drivers. Existing systems were fragmented, outdated, and not built for the compliance-heavy, high-volume hiring process specific to this industry. Recruiters struggled with inefficient workflows, lack of visibility, and poor candidate engagement.

I led the development of a custom-built Application Tracking System (ATS) tailored specifically for the trucking industry. The product streamlines hiring from job posting through onboarding, enabling recruiters to manage applications, verify employment, communicate with candidates, and ensure DOT compliance—all in one place.

What is Our Business Model Going to Be?

Our business model is B2B SaaS, offering the platform as a subscription-based service to trucking and logistics companies. We anticipate pricing tiers based on the number of active users or applicants processed, with optional add-ons for integrations (e.g., background checks, drug testing, driver training systems) and analytics packages. Implementation and support services can also generate recurring revenue.
