Existing systems were fragmented, outdated, and not built for the compliance-heavy, high-volume hiring process specific to this industry. I led the development of a custom-built Application Tracking System (ATS) tailored specifically for the trucking industry. Our business model is B2B SaaS, offering the platform as a subscription-based service to trucking and logistics companies. We anticipate pricing tiers based on the number of active users or applicants processed, with optional add-ons for integrations (e.g., background checks, drug testing, driver training systems) and analytics packages. Implementation and support services can also generate recurring revenue.
